As a Transformational Life Coach, I have over a decade of experience helping women to live their best lives. But when it came to my own divorce, I had to use ALL the tools in my toolbox to heal and rebuild my life.
Since then I’ve developed a simple 3-part system for divorced moms, to get clear on their next steps to actually move on after divorce. I also founded Thrive Academy, a year-long program where women learn tools and get personalized support to build lives they love.
