Parent Coaching

For parents who want more for their family.

You love your neurodivergent child fiercely — and you’re exhausted. You’ve tried all the things. And still, home feels tense, school isn’t going well, and you’re worried about your kid’s future.

You want to stop living in survival mode - always bracing for the next hard moment. You want a life that feels calmer and more manageable for both you and your child.

You don’t need more generic advice. You need support that helps you understand your child more deeply so you can find a way forward that actually fits your family.

Get the support you need. Create a new reality at home. Help your child thrive.

    —Mariana S.

  • "I can't say enough how grateful I am for your support, Leora. Just the awareness you've brought into my life has been transformational."

    —Amanda W.

  • "To say Leora has changed my life, is an understatement. All the therapy in the world can’t hold a candle to the difference this woman has made in my life."

    -Kim L

This might be for you if…

  • You’re constantly bracing for the next meltdown, argument, or call from school.

  • You’re exhausted from micromanaging your child’s every step just to get through the day.

  • You’re walking on eggshells at home, trying to stay patient and kind.

  • You feel gaslit when no one believes you about your child’s behavior at home because they hold it together in school all day.

  • You feel your child’s spark fading, and you don’t know how to help them.

You don’t have to keep trying to figure it all out on your own.

How we’ll work together…

First, we stabilize you and your child, focusing on nervous system regulation. Learning, growth and positive change happen only when we feel safe.

We explore what’s really going on at home for the whole family - what’s working well and what isn’t working at all. From there, we get strategic about how to move forward.

Together, we redesign your family life beyond one-size fits all systems, integrating neuro-affirming solutions that actually work for your unique family.

Coaching is about:

Simple Steps

Together we’ll slow things down, get clear on what’s really going on, and make a plan that fits your actual life.

Personalized Support

I’ll help you sort through the overwhelm, reconnect with your own wisdom, and take practical next steps that feel doable.

Lasting Impact

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be someone else — it’s about helping you build a life, family rhythm, or next chapter that feels good and is sustainable for you and your family.

Outcomes we’ll work towards together.

A calmer, more regulated family life so that home feels like the safe place it should be for all of you.

Stronger, more connected relationships so that your child knows you’ve got their back.

Routines and expectations that actually fit your family so that every transition isn’t a battle.

Hi, I’m Leora

I’m a Certified Neurodiversity Coach who helps parents better understand their neurodivergent kids so they can confidently create family lives where everyone can actually thrive.

I’m also a solo parent to an AuDHD son and his younger sister, so I know from the inside how confusing and overwhelming it can be to support a child in a world that wasn’t designed with them in mind. I know what it’s like to:

  • Sit in meetings where professionals talk about your child but don’t really see them.

  • Feel terrible about pushing your kid into environments that clearly aren’t working for them.

  • Question your own judgment every time you try something new.

  • Be on the receiving end of judgment and criticism from people who just don’t understand what it’s like to parent a child like yours.

When my child was diagnosed with autism, I threw myself into researching so I could best support him.

Now I know: Information about neurodiversity is important—but it’s not enough. As parents of neurodivergent kids, we need support so we can stop chasing compliance and start building safety, connection, and realistic expectations. That’s when everything shifts—for our kids and for us.

That’s why my coaching centers connection over compliance and co‑regulation over control.

I’m not here to fix your child. I’m here to support you in creating a life, an educational path, and a family rhythm that actually honors who your child is.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me with my kids at the local library, cooking a healthy meal from whatever I can find in the fridge, or out for a walk in the woods.

What parents who’ve worked with Leora are saying…

  • Rachel C. (Texas, son with ADHD)

“These last few months working with Leora have changed my life in ways 10+ years of therapy never did. I am so grateful for the decision I made to invest in coaching and change my and my family’s life.”

  • Steph K. (Vermont, daughter with anxiety)

“I can now be with my kids and enjoy their laughter and play, even when its loud and messy. Now I’m able to confidently show up and live each moment; and I’ve found that the challenges are not as large, not as often, not as consuming; and the joys and ease keep increasing!”

  • Katie H. (NYC daughter with ADHD)

“Before working with Leora, my daughter’s anxiety made even leaving the apartment a struggle. Through working together, I learned to trust my instincts, see my daughter for who she really is, and parent the child I have — not who others think she should be. We’re now deeply connected, she’s braver and more flexible, and one night she turned to me and said, ‘You get me.’ It was the greatest feeling and one of the best parenting moments of my life.”
