You don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore!
The Neurodivergent Family Village
Neurodiversity‑affirming support to create more ease, connection, and capacity at home.
If you've tried therapies, charts, and advocating tirelessly for your child's needs, yet parenting your neurodivergent kid still feels really hard and overwhelming…. Some days you’re barely keeping your head above water. You might be feeling worn out, second-guessing yourself, and quietly worried about your child’s future…
It’s time to lean into support.
So often you hear "it takes a village to raise a child," but you wonder where your village is—you just want someone who truly gets it, a safe space to share what's really going on at home, and some guidance for next steps so your child and family can finally thrive….
We see you.
That’s why we created the Neurodivergent Family Village. So you don't have to keep doing it all alone.
You’ve been doing so much unseen labor just to keep things functioning
managing meltdowns, navigating school emails, juggling therapies, and trying to be the “regulated” one when you feel anything but.
The problem is not that you aren’t trying hard enough; it’s that you’ve been asked to do this incredibly complex, emotional, full‑body work without consistent support, community, or a clear, sustainable way to care for yourself in the process.
having a small, reliable group of parents who just “get it” and a coach who can help you sort through the noise and find the next right step for your family.
Instead of white‑knuckling it alone, you have a soft place to land each week, a space where your questions are welcome, your lived experience is taken seriously, and you leave with a sense of belonging, a little more ease, and clarity than you came in with.
Imagine…

Clarity
“My journey to a better connection with my ND daughter was facilitated by Leora and the work we’ve been doing together. I’m really proud of how I’m showing up for both my girls now!”
— Katie H.
Outcomes we’ll work towards together.
A calmer, more regulated family life
Learn to embody calm so that you can respond intentionally and be the parent your child needs even when they have intense emotions and unpredictable behaviors. Create a home life where big feelings don’t always turn into big explosions and everyone recovers more quickly after hard moments.
Stronger, more connected relationships
Shift from constant correction and conflict to more collaboration, play, and genuine enjoyment of your ND kid, which boosts everyone’s sense of safety and self‑esteem.
Routines and expectations that actually fit your family
Shape your daily life around your child’s strengths, needs and nervous system to reduce battles and increase ease. Get clear on your values and let them guide you in your decisions around lifestyle, education and behavior.
I’m a Transformational Life Coach with 15 years of coaching experience — and a solo parent to an AuDHDer and his neurotypical younger sister.
I know what it’s like to:
Sit in meetings where professionals talk about your child but don’t really see them.
Feel terrible about pushing your kid into school day after day even when it’s clearly not working.
Try numerous different schools and learning environments but never find a fit that feels right for your child.
Question your own judgment every time you consider stepping off the conventional path.
Be on the receiving end of judgement and criticism from people who just don’t understand what it’s like to parent a child like yours.
When my 10‑year‑old went into autistic burnout and could barely leave his room, I had no choice but to focus on what mattered most: emotional safety for my son and the wellbeing of our family.
I finally let go of the “shoulds,” the comparisons and the fear of judgment, and made radical life changes that have truly freed us.
For us, the magic formula has been:
A slower pace of life
Leaning into support
Prioritizing time together
Time in nature
Physical Activity
Self-directed education
My son began to feel safe, calmer and more available to learn and play. Instead of feeling trapped by limitations, we’ve been able to find creative solutions as a family. And despite the sibling squabbles, even my 9‑year‑old daughter has told me she now feels happy and free. Most mornings, when I head out for my walk, I feel deeply grateful that we made these lifestyle and educational changes — for him, and for us.
This is why I’m passionate about the work I do. I believe there is a unique path for your family too — and that when you courageously forge that path, you can create a life that feels lighter, freer and more doable for everyone.

“This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I feel at peace with myself in a way I don’t think I even did before kids.”
Marissa L.
“I felt drained and like I had nothing left to give my partner and kids during the day. I felt stuck in a spiral and completely overwhelmed. Since working with Leora, the ripple effect on my home and my work life is night and day. I'm now able to show up for my family without draining myself.”

Concerns & Frequently Asked Questions
-
“I’ve already tried so many things. What makes this different?”
So many of the supports you might have tried aim to make your child behave and look more “typical.” This Village is different: it’s explicitly neurodiversity‑affirming, trauma‑aware, and strengths‑based. We’re not trying to “fix” your child—we’re helping you understand their nervous system, honor who they are, and most importantly, design family life around what actually works for them and for you. And that’s really key - you matter too! In the Village we’ll help you feel supported and resourced so that you can continue to show up for your family sustainably for the long term. -
We know how much you have on your plate already. You don’t need another demanding program with lots of information to sort through. Calls are recorded, the community is there whether you’re in a crisis week or a quieter one, and you’re encouraged to take what you need and leave the rest. This space is meant to reduce your overwhelm, not add to it.
-
This is a no‑shame, no‑perfection zone. Many of us have yelled, lost patience, second‑guessed meds, doubted school choices, or changed paths mid‑stream. You’re not coming here to prove you’re the “perfect ND parent”; you’re coming here to be human, to be honest, and to be supported.
-
Yes! Helping you get clear on the right next step for your unique family is what I do best as a coach. In group laser coaching calls you can bring your specific school, behavior, homeschooling, sibling, or burnout situation and get tailored support, not generic advice.
-
Super common, whether you’re married or divorced.
We’ll help you focus on what you can control—your regulation, communication, and choices —so you can model the calm you want your child to learn.
You can process any frustration in The Village so you stay grounded, and many parents notice their co‑parent/partner softening as they see their child doing better.
-
Start with a 6-month commitment and cancel anytime after that. That’s because we know that real, sustainable change—especially in ND families—takes time and safety. The 6‑month container gives you space to experiment, wobble, and try again with support. After 6 months, it’s month‑to‑month. Stay as long as it feels supportive - cancel anytime. You’re not trapped; you’re held.
-
You’ll be charged for your first month as soon as you sign up, and then automatically billed on the same date each month for a total of 6 months.
After those 6 months, your membership shifts to month‑to‑month and you can cancel anytime the Village no longer feels like a good fit.
Right after you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the next steps and details.
