Is this familiar?

You're showing up every day for your neurodivergent child in ways you never expected—

The relentless negotiations just to get through brushing teeth or getting out the door in the morning.

The challenge of helping them navigate social situations and friendships.

The persistent worry about their future.

I see how hard you're working, the fierce love driving it all, and how exhausting it feels when no one else truly gets it.

Hi, I’m Leora

A woman with curly dark hair and glasses sitting on a white rug, smiling at the camera, with two potted plants in the background in a room with wooden flooring.

I’m a Certified Neurodiversity Coach and Life Coach with 15 years of coaching experience — and a solo parent to an AuDHDer and his neurotypical younger sister.

I’m based in South Burlington Vermont.

I know what it’s like to:

  • Sit in meetings where professionals talk about your child but don’t really see them.

  • Feel terrible about pushing your kid into school day after day when something clearly is not working.

  • Question your own judgment as you try everything the experts suggest and still nothing seems to work for your child.

  • Be on the receiving end of judgement and criticism from people who just don’t understand what it’s like to parent a child like yours.

When my 10‑year‑old went into autistic burnout and could barely leave his room, I had no choice but to focus on what mattered most: emotional safety for my son and the wellbeing of our family.

I finally let go of the “shoulds,” the comparisons and the fear of judgment, and made radical life changes that have truly freed us.

My son began to feel safe, calmer and more available to learn and play. Instead of feeling trapped by limitations, we’ve been able to find creative solutions as a family. And despite the sibling squabbles, even my 9‑year‑old daughter has told me she now feels happy. Most mornings, when I head out for my walk, I feel deeply grateful that we made these lifestyle and educational changes — for him, and for us.

This is why I’m passionate about the work I do. I believe there is a unique path for your family too- a path that honors your neurodivergent child’s needs and your family’s specific circumstances — and that when you courageously forge that path, you can create a life that feels lighter, freer and more doable for everyone.

I hope you’ll join us at this free workshop so you too can begin your journey towards less overwhelm, more calm at home and more connection with your ND kiddo! 💛
